What we take on
Four lines of work. Most projects use more than one.
Websites
A site built page by page for your business. You get the pages written, the photos placed, the enquiry form wired so it reaches you, and the whole thing checked on a phone before anyone else sees it.
- Pages written for your customers
- Works properly on a phone
- Set up to be found in search
- Enquiry form that reaches you
Admin automation
The work you do every week that a computer should be doing. Enquiries filed without retyping, follow-ups that go out on their own, reminders before appointments, and the weekly numbers pulled into one place instead of five.
- Intake forms wired into your records
- Follow-up and reminder sequences
- Dashboards for the numbers you check
- Scripts for the jobs you repeat
More pages as you grow
When you add a service or want a page for another type of customer, it goes into the system you already have instead of becoming a new project. Adding pages is a content job, not a redesign.
- Page templates you can reuse
- Titles and descriptions kept consistent
- Internal links kept in order
- New pages added without a rebuild
Upkeep
After launch we keep the site current and the automations working. Content changes, software updates, and fixes when something breaks. You call one number and it gets dealt with.
- Content and page updates
- Software and security updates
- Fixes when an automation stops
- One number to call
[ GET ANSWERS ]
What owners ask on the first call
How long does a build take?
Thirty days is the standard timeline, from the day we start to the day it goes live. That is where the 30 in Flow30 comes from. The clock depends on you as much as on us: we need your content, your logins, and answers when we ask for them. If a project is bigger than a website, we say so in the quote and give you a date we can hold.
What does it cost?
There is no price list on this site, because the work is not the same twice. A five page site with a contact form and a business that wants a chunk of its weekly admin automated are two different jobs. Tell us what you need and the quote comes back in writing.
What do you need from me?
A call to explain the business, whatever you already have (logo, photos, old site, price list), logins for anything we have to touch, and answers when we come back with questions. That is the whole ask. You are not writing the site and you are not learning any software.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. We work across Canada, primarily Ontario. The work runs by call and email, so where you are does not change the build or the timeline.
What happens once the site is live?
We keep it running: updates, content changes, and fixes when something breaks. If an automation stops doing its job, you call and we sort it out.
